Returns
A Lumenflex LED light may be returned within 30 days of the product’s delivery date under the following terms:
- The product must be returned in new and unused condition, in its original packaging. All product returns are subject to inspection before refund.
- If a product has been modified, damaged or is missing any of its original components, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- Custom designed lighting products are not returnable.
- Shipping costs and deposits on lighting products are non-refundable. Those costs will be reflected in your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to confirm delivery. We do not issue refunds on products which we do not receive.
Return Process
Email support@lumenflex.com and include the reason for the return. We will send you a return authorization number with instructions on how to return your item.
Once your return has been received and approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to 48 hours to appear on your statement.
Exchanging a Product
The one item available for exchange is the LED color on LightRider motorcycle helmet light, which can be exchanged for LEDs of a different color. Please visit the Exchanges page for details.
